Know where you stand before the regulator does

An independent review tests whether your programme works in practice. It's the cheapest way to find what an examiner would.

What we review

  1. Independent AML review

Policies, risk assessment, KYC files, monitoring, sanctions, STR decisions and governance, tested against the AML Law and your regulator's rules.

  2. Compliance health check

A gap assessment against SAMA or CMA requirements across governance, conduct, outsourcing, data and reporting.

  3. Inspection support

Preparation, document readiness and response drafting when SAMA or the CMA visits.

  4. FATF readiness

Saudi Arabia's next FATF mutual evaluation onsite visit is provisionally scheduled for late 2026, with the plenary in June 2027. Assessors test whether controls work in practice, and we help you produce that evidence.

What you receive

  • A written report with findings rated by severity
  • The root cause behind each finding
  • A remediation plan with owners and dates
  • A follow-up check that fixes held
