Saudi Compliance is a ComplyFactor company with an office in Riyadh. We are the controller of personal data you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your needs. We do not use advertising trackers.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use this site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and the site that referred you. It sets first-party cookies and never receives what you type into the contact form. Google processes this data, including outside Saudi Arabia. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver our services. We don't sell personal data or use it for unrelated purposes.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent, which you give by sending the form, and as needed to take steps before entering into a contract with you, as the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) permits.
Who receives it
Our form provider delivers your message to our inbox, and our ComplyFactor colleagues may assist with your enquiry. Some of these services are outside Saudi Arabia; we transfer data only as the PDPL and its transfer regulations allow.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as law and professional obligations require.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask to be informed about, access, correct, or destroy your personal data, and withdraw consent. Email info@saudicompliance.com.

You can also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
